Perfect for 6 guests, this professionally managed getaway features a coastal theme, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in lanai with water views. Enjoy community amenities like a pool, gym, and pickleball courts. Your serene Florida retreat awaits!

The main living area features comfortable, high-quality furniture, a Smart TV, and large windows looking out onto the serene water. There are two separate dining areas for enjoying meals.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes.

Your stay includes:
High-speed WiFi and multiple rooms for privacy, creating a dedicated workspace if needed.
A screened-in lanai with a stunning waterfront view, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
A BBQ grill with propane provided for easy outdoor cooking.
Beach equipment and bikes located in the garage for your adventures.

Guests will enjoy a seamless self-check-in process using a unique access code for the front door. For your initial arrival at the gated community, the guest whose name is on the reservation will need to present a photo ID. A key to the community gates will be provided for all subsequent entries.

You will have full and private access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked owner’s storage closet.
